The duo Rob & Nino consists of two brothers, Robert Hanna and Ninos Hanna whose central theme in life have always been music. Since early childhood they have created and performed music, which have given them a maturity and experience that really shows in their performances and can undeniable be heard in their music. When the duo, Rob and Nino was created in summer 2010, they had a lifetime history of music making behind them.

It was with these favourable conditions that Robert and Ninos sat down with their music producer Ivar Lisinski and tried to identify their style of music. They began by looking at the brothers’ music history and preferences, which is primarily defined by rnb and pop music. These genres were close to heart for the duo, who mastered them fully through years of song writing. Major sources of inspiration have been Michael Jackson, Usher, Justin Timberlake, Stevie Wonder, etc. At the same time they wanted to create a contemporary sound that would be fitting for the new generation of music lovers. It was these thoughts and ideas that came to create the style that now defines the brothers’ music, whose songs arouses nostalgic feelings while remaining playful and experimental, something that is characteristic for today’s music. The electro scene has also been a huge source of inspiration, with influences from styles such as drum & bass, house and dub step.

A lot has happened in a very short period of time and the duo has already succeeded in creating a fan base that is constantly growing. The trio Robert, Ninos and Ivar, proved to be a very successful combination and has already been recognized by big names such as Red One, Jay Sean, JLS, Alexandra Burke, etc. Even though their music is primarily aimed for a younger audience, it has a genuine quality that can be appreciated by anyone.
