AiluCrash

Hometown: Kiruna, Uppsala & Umeå
Members:
Tom and Kai Israelsen on guitar and bass. “The gorgeous twins”. Well, if you get a kid with that appearance you might as well duplicate right away. But Tom and Kai holds a lot more than just their good looks – they are both incredible musicians.
Anton Karlström on drums. A prophet of woe, which in the measure of a day has managed to swallow an almond, get an allergy chock, get cortisone treatment, forget the wallet at home when going shopping and then, while going for it, he realize he has locked himself out. (Jup, true story…) But behind the drums nothing can go wrong. We´re talking world-class.
Viktor Mattsson on guitar, synth and backing vocals. The bands supporting pillar and walking encyclopedia. The kind of guy that just, somehow, seems to know everything. When you meet him – ask him something. Anything!
Ludvig “Ludde” Nilsson on vocals (and air guitar when the musical experience, in his opinion, requires it). A guy who simply understands how to enthral, entertain and embrace an entire audience. Ludde has a certain look, he has singlehandedly created a very personal appearance and above all –he has a voice so strong that he can play dart with any song. It always hits right where it should.
AiluCrash gets a warm and loving welcome wherever they put their northern boots. A group of fans has followed them for years, from way back when they went under a different band name – “The Coloured Office Paper”. Another part of their fan group (the somewhat hysterical and crazy in love part!) found and fell for the band through the Swedish movie “I Miss You” where we got to know Ludde (the lead singer) in the role as “Ailu” – an odd and mysterious character. AiluCrash also stands behind the theme song “Turn The Tide (Cilla Turns)” as well as other songs in the movie. “I Miss You” had its premiere in Swedish cinemas in August 2011 and has since then been seen by more than 100 000 people.
Once you’ve discovered this band you’ll probably be stuck for at least a lifetime. Stuck to the voice that breaks into locked hearts, to every written song that delivers far more than just catchy rock melodies and lyrics saying blah blah blah…stuck to AiluCrash.
